HelloFresh giveaway terms and conditions

1. Acceptance of these terms & conditions: HelloFresh giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is run by Trade Me Limited (“Trade Me”) under the brand homes.co.nz. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you may not enter and you are not eligible to redeem the Prize. Trade Me reserves the right to vary, suspend or terminate the Giveaway or the Prize at any time, without notice to you.
   
2. Eligibility: Entry is only open to registered homes.co.nz users who are: New Zealand residents, 18 years and over. Directors and staff of Trade Me, its related bodies corporate and any agencies or companies associated with Trade Me or the Giveaway are also not eligible to enter.
   
3. How to enter: To enter to win, you must claim your home on homes.co.nz on or after 7 March 2023 and before 6 April 2023 11:59pm (NZST). When you claim your home you will automatically be entered in the draw. You must not have already claimed your home prior to 7 March 2023. If you have multiple homes each claim will be its own entry. You must not claim a home that does not belong to you, and we might ask for evidence of ownership before accepting your entry or naming you the Winner. In order to claim your home you will need to register with homes.co.nz, if you have not already. Standard homes.co.nz terms and conditions apply to your use of the homes.co.nz website.
   
4. Prize: There will be one winner (“Winner”) who will receive a discount code for free HelloFresh meal boxes (the “Prize”) valid for 52 weeks sent to their nominated email address. The value of the prize is up to $9,359.53 (including GST), depending on the type and size of boxes the Winner orders from HelloFresh. By redeeming the Prize, you will be signed up to an ongoing weekly subscription. You will need to cancel your subscription at the end of the discount period if you do not wish to continue to receive, and pay for, HelloFresh boxes. The discount code is only valid for 52 consecutive weeks from the date that you first activate it. The Prize is exclusive of upgrades, extras and add ons and is non-refundable, non-transferable and not valid in conjunction with any other offer. The Prize is non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. 5. Winner notification and announcement: Trade Me will select a winner from all eligible entries using a random selection tool, and will notify them by sending them an email to the email address linked to their homes.co.nz account. Trade Me reserves the right to select another winner if the initial winner does not respond within 5 working days of notification. Trade Me’s decision regarding the winner is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
   
6. Publicity: Entrants agree that their name and a description of their prize may be published on homes.co.nz social media, within email marketing or on Trade Me’s websites.
   
7. Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trade Me shall not be responsible for any loss, damage or injury whatsoever suffered by any Winner or any other person resulting from their use of the Prize (including but not limited to any direct, indirect, consequential, special, punitive or incidental loss or damages). The supply of HelloFresh meal boxes is exclusively between HelloFresh and the winner. Trade Me’s liability to any entrant or prize winner will be limited in any circumstances to a maximum for all claims up to $500.
   
8. Privacy Act: Trade Me will collect and hold personal information such as name and email address in order to notify you if you win, in accordance with our Privacy Policy and in accordance with Privacy Act 2020. When you interact with the homes.co.nz website, their Privacy Policy applies.
