Karaka Bays still relatively high sitting at $1.22M, with Kaiwharawhara coming in at $1.21M,

What about the cheaper suburbs?

Wellington Central is no longer the cheapest suburb with a $336k median HomesEstimate. Central has a large skew towards apartments, however, as does Pipitea, which sits at 253k.
