The median HomesEstimate in Hastings is now $410k, up 8.1% from this time last year. Hasting’s new Capital Values have been released and these tell a similar story, up 50% from 3 years ago with the median CV now being $420k.
The largest increase was seen in Flaxmere, of the region’s cheapest suburbs, where CVs increased by 69.4%. There are also 2 suburbs, Longlands and Woolwich, where the median CV is now more than $1M.
