Far North Capital Values 2019 Analysis

New Capital Values have been released in the Far North District with the median CV being up 30.4% from 3 years ago to $365k.

The largest increase was seen in Kawakawa where CVs increased by 45%. The largest town in the Far North, Kerikeri, had a median CV increase of 25.9%.

It is important to remember that capital values are only an estimate of a property’s value at a point of time and these large changes highlight how out of date these can become. For a more accurate and up-to-date estimate of a property’s value, we suggest using homes.co.nz’s HomesEstimates. These are calculated each month using up-to-date sales information and track trends in your area.
