This month we’ve built some new filters, updated the HomesEstimate Graph, added over 3 million historical images of properties to our site and more. Let’s dive in:
Not listed filters
Find the house with the highest estimate in your suburb or research house values around you. With our new Not Listed filters you can refine your search by HomesEstimate, bedrooms and bathrooms.
New HomesEstimate Graph
The HomesEstimate Graph had an upgrade. It’s now easier to distinguish trends over time and see the difference between the suburb and home. The graph also looks and feels more consistent on both your phone and desktop computer.
Power Estimate Upgrades
You can now enter the previous months kWh usage to refine your power estimate. The number you enter will automatically save so you don’t have to enter it again when viewing other properties.
Historical property images
We now have over 3 million historical property images on site dating back to 2016. These images are from properties that have previously been listed for sale on homes.co.nz. Aside from being interesting to look at, having these images visible helps to give more context to our HomesEstimates. For privacy reasons we still allow a homeowner to claim their home and remove the photos.
