Waimakariri Capital Values 2019 Analysis

New Capital Values have been released in the Waimakariri District with the median CV being up 3.2% from 3 years ago to $480k.

This relatively small increase is consistent with a flat market in the greater Canterbury area. The largest increase was seen in Cust where CVs increased by 11.6% and Rangiora had a median CV increase of 2.3% to $445k.
