The Premium Agent app

“The agents who use the app love it.” Agents can track their personal profile and listings with daily, weekly and monthly filters.  It’s easy to upgrade a listing, claim a recent sale and submit a comparative market analysis which is taken into consideration when calculating a HomesEstimate. Being able to influence the HomesEstimate is something that has really taken off as it helps our Premium Agents provide additional value to their vendors. “

“Homeowners, Vendors and Listing agents have accepted the open data source industry, it was a struggle three years ago when homes.co.nz started. Since then we have had many competitors enter the market with some deciding to remove estimates on some of their properties.”

This data is owned by homes.co.nz and we have a team of Data Scientists that focus on this IP, meaning we have the ability to input Private Valuations and CMA data when it’s supplied. We also have a dedicated email for our Premium Agents in support of this cma@homes.co.nz.”  

“This way our Vendors and Premium Agents get the right buyers through the door, spending less time explaining the differences between the HomesEstimates and the asking price where there are anomalies, like improvements to the property or not enough public data points used in the HomesEstimate algorithm.”

homes.co.nz Listings Portal

“We have great news in that we have acquired our own listings portal. We have developed a partnership with a company called Mantis.  This allows any Premium Agent to list a vendor’s property on homes.co.nz. We don’t accept private listings from homeowners, we recommend a vendor contact a homes.co.nz listing agent in their area. We understand setting up an API or a listing feed with larger companies will take some time. In the meantime, we don’t want our Premium Agents to miss out on the opportunity of acquiring new listings from our users.”  

Auto-claiming of sales when listings are live

“Premium Agents no longer need to log in to claim their sales when their listings are live.  As long as a listing is linked to a property and you are either the primary of secondary listing agent we will auto-claim the sale once the listing is marked as sold within the CRM. This is great as it saves our agents valuable time, meaning they can focus on their next vendor!”
